Every dinner and auction item sold for this evening will help us “Make Bryerswood Even Better“.  The proceeds will be used to make upgrades and renovations to the Activity Centre. \n\n\n\nTo turn this building into a comfortable venue that can be used year-round\, we need to start by adding a proper ceiling\, lighting and insulation. Arguably one of the most exciting\, spirited races in Windsor-Essex County. The course takes your through Amherstburg’s historic downtown core\, get cooled off by our local firefighters\, hundreds of fans cheering\, and every dollar raised goes back to LOCAL charities. Last year we were able to donate $24\,100 back to our community all by having fun! \n\n\n\nHelp support Bryerswood Youth Camp\, one of the beneficiaries of the run\, by participating in this great event.

All campers deserve to be able to participate fully.\n\n\n\nThis is a 19+ fundraising event. Each ticket includes a choice of GL Heritage craft beer or hard seltzer and your choice of 5 dinner options from local food truck\, Nat’s Wraps & Apps. Choose your preferred meal option when you purchase your tickets. Non-alcoholic drinks and cash bar available for additional beverages. \n\n\n\nDoors and bar taps open at 4 pm and a free-style meal service between 5pm and 8 pm. Hit up the food truck with your pre-purchased meal ticket and eat when you want during these times! \n\n\n\nEnjoy live musical entertainment from 5-9pm by Don McArthur and Nancy Roy from popular local band\, the River Rock Ramblers. \n\n\n\nSilent auction will be held at the event. \n\n\n\nTickets limited to 125.
